Flexi Heater Gravtinare
Custom-Made Ground Thawer for Cemeteries!
The Flexi Heater Gravtinare is a highly flexible ground thawing unit consisting of the Flexi Heater Universal, a custom-built hose, a specially designed insulation mat (1.9 x 4 meters), and a transport trolley.
All equipment fits on the transport trolley, making it very easy for the operator to handle and position the equipment alone.
This ground thawing unit can thaw 30-50 square meters or up to 75 x 0.5 meters of area (with additional hoses). This is applicable at 400 volts. The hose can be heated up to 90°C, enabling quick and efficient thawing of up to 30 cm of frost per day, depending on ground conditions.

This ground thawer is electric-powered and can be operated with either single-phase 230 volts or three-phase 400 volts.

At 230 volts: One hose reel can be used with full power. As an option, two hose reels can be used with reduced heating capacity.

At 400 volts: Up to three hose reels can be used.
FUEL
Flexi Heater AB sells machines with annual service contracts. All Flexi Heater machines should undergo an annual check, service, and inspection of vital components to prevent major machine damage and ensure the warranty remains valid.
